Ahmed Martin, Principal
Ahmed has 15+ years of experience in real estate development, construction and financing across the private and nonprofit sectors. He has worked on market-rate, affordable and mixed-income housing. His leadership roles at for-profit developers and at community-based organizations taught him to work comfortably with developers, lenders, public agencies and neighborhood stakeholders.
He has led planning, financing and construction for mixed-income communities built with public-private partnership financing. He has also provided project management for historic renovations, rehabilitations and new construction of single-family and multifamily projects totaling over $600M.
Ahmed is a graduate of Wesleyan University and was selected as a Rockefeller Foundation CUREX scholar, an urban planning graduate program accredited through the University of Pennsylvania. He is a LEED Green Associate, a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP), and a member of the Urban Land Institute and the U.S. Green Building Council.
